Our Privacy Policy for Mobile Apps managed with the help of Privacy Policies. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service. Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit this website we ask for your permission before placing any cookie that is not strictly necessary. Analytics and marketing cookies are switched off by default and are only set after you accept the relevant category. If you decline, we do not load the corresponding scripts at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing analytics or marketing consent deletes the associated cookies already stored on your device and reloads the page, so any script loaded under your earlier choice is removed rather than merely asked to stop. Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie for six months, after which we ask again. We also ask again if we change what the categories cover.
Separately, your browser lets you block or delete cookies for any site. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this website, including our enquiry forms, from working.
Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Providers | Cookies & duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary Always active | Delivering pages securely, protecting our enquiry forms from automated abuse, and remembering your cookie choice. | Mobilise (first party); Cloudflare Turnstile | cc_cookie — 6 monthsTurnstile stores no cookie |
| Analytics Optional | Understanding which pages, products and industries visitors use, so we can improve them. Reported in aggregate; we do not use these cookies to identify you personally. | Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager | _ga, _ga_* — 2 years_gid — 24 hours |
| Marketing Optional | Measuring which campaigns produce genuine enquiries, and making advertising on other platforms more relevant. | Google Ads and Meta Pixel (not currently active — see below) | _gcl_* — 90 days_fbp, _fbc — 90 days |
| Functionality Optional | Remembering optional display and personalisation preferences between visits. | Mobilise (first party) | Up to 6 months |
Cookie names and durations are set by the providers above and may change when they update their own services. Where a provider is marked as not currently active, the category exists so that your preference is recorded in advance; no such cookie is placed unless and until we enable that provider.
We use Google Tag Manager to load the tags described above. Google Tag Manager itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and we operate it in a mode that withholds analytics and advertising tags entirely until you consent.
Bot and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which distinguishes genuine enquiries from automated submissions. It loads only on pages that contain a form. It is not cookie-based: in our configuration Turnstile stores no cookie on your device, and it is not used to recognise you across visits or across other websites.
To make that assessment, Turnstile processes technical information about the request as a third-party service acting on our behalf. This includes your IP address, characteristics of your browser and device such as the user-agent string and browser properties, and signals about how the page was interacted with. We do not receive that technical information ourselves: our server receives only a one-time token, which it sends to Cloudflare to be confirmed as valid or invalid.
We use Turnstile solely for security verification — confirming that a submission is genuine and protecting our forms from spam and abuse. It is not used for analytics, advertising, audience building, profiling or tracking you across sites. It is classified as strictly necessary because a form cannot be submitted without it, which is why it is not offered as an optional category. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in its Privacy Policy and its data protection resources.
Embedded videos on this website are served by YouTube in its no-cookie mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video.
