We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented School ERP Coordinator to manage the day-to-day functioning of the school's ERP system. The role acts as the single point of contact between school staff and the ERP technical team, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments, timely data entry, issue resolution, and effective use of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP activities across all school departments (Admin, Accounts, Academic, Transport, etc.)
- Act as liaison between school staff and the ERP technical team
- Provide daily updates to management regarding ERP status, issues, and progress
- Monitor ERP usage and ensure accurate and timely data entry across all modules
- Track all ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct training sessions for staff on ERP modules and best practices
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management review
- Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and issue logs
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with School ERP systems or similar enterprise software
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple departments
- Good understanding of school operations (Admin, Accounts, Academics, Transport)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and report generation
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ERP coordination, MIS, or school administration
