    Operations begin

    A small team starts building business software in Faridabad.

  2. 2013Company

    Mobilise App Lab LLP established

    The LLP is registered on 4 April 2013, a year after operations began.

  3. 2013Launch

    EduPro ERP for schools

    Our first product: an ERP for schools and universities, still growing 13 years on.

  4. 2017Launch

    OpsSuite CMMS

    Computerised maintenance management for enterprise assets, facilities and preventive maintenance.

  5. 2018Launch

    SCMPro supply chain suite

    Procurement, inventory and vendor management. Today these capabilities live inside OpsSuite.

  6. 2020Launch

    HRevO: hire to retire

    A complete HRMS covering the whole employee lifecycle, with biometrics, multilingual support and analytics.

  7. 2022Expansion

    HRevO across Asia Pacific

    Deployments in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

  8. 2023Company

    Private Limited Company

    Conversion of Mobilise App Lab LLP into a Private Limited Company.

  9. 2024Company

    New office at Unitech Cyber Park, Gurugram

    A second base in the NCR's IT hub, alongside the Faridabad offices.

  10. 2024Launch

    Advanced EduPro

    A revamped ERP for schools and universities with four portals and 30+ modules.

  11. 2024Scale

    4.19 lakh+ active employees on HRevO

    Azure AI, SAP integration and multilingual support for 20+ languages added to the HRMS.

  12. 2025Company

    Public Limited Company

    Mobilise converts from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company.

  13. 2025Launch

    IoT services in OpsSuite

    Sensor-driven predictive maintenance joins the OpsSuite asset and facility platform.

  14. 2026Launch

    WatsUp App goes live

    WhatsApp marketing and business automation platform: campaigns, chatbots, shared inbox and analytics on the WhatsApp Business API.

    Mobilise Robotics division

    India’s authorised KEENON partner: delivery, cleaning and heavy-load service robots, sold, deployed and supported by Mobilise.
